On 8 May 2014, we had the pleasure of welcoming Dato Ikhwan Salim Bin Sujak and his legal counsel, Mr. Shaikh Harun Bin Mustafa at our offices in Dallas and Toronto. Accompanying him were our Malaysian sales managers, Mr. Harold Ian Davidson and Ms. Rohizan Binti Osman.

Our President and CEO, Dirk Foo, and a team of A2A executives (which included Jason Toh (EVP-Operations), Allan Lind (EVP-Corporate Affairs), Warren Soo (EVP-Finance) and Jeff Peterson (EVP-Land Acquisition and Development)) hosted our guests.

We took our guests to visit the construction site of The Hills of Windridge and Serene Homes design center. This gave the group an insight into the exciting progress of preparing the launch of Serene Homes and The Hills of Windridge.

The group also spent some time to visit some of the Land Sale Plan projects in Canada, namely Bridle Park, Clearview Park and Angus Manor Park. Whilst in Toronto, the group also visited the ongoing construction of Life Condominium, another A2A Development Plan project in midtown Toronto.

When asked for his feedback on what he thinks about our projects, Dato Ikhwan said, “Having listened to the presentations from A2A’s management, I am convinced that they have a solid business plan which is one of a kind. I have also had the pleasure of meeting their management, acquisition consultants and legal counsel. It is clear to me that they work with good people in the relevant areas. I have no doubt that A2A will succeed.”

We had the honour and much pleasure in hosting Dato Ikhwan and Mr. Shaik Harun and we look forward to having a productive and rewarding relationship with them as friends, clients and partners.
